Norwich West (Showground/A47)

Had an enjoyable visit for a family birthday weekend. Whilst the double bed was on the smaller size to other Premier Inns. The staff were very accommodating, with Kelly on reception being helpful, friendly and going above and beyond all weekend….

We booked the hotel back in june for the football, its around 3 miles away from the ground, a little to far to walk, but easy by bus or taxi, when we arrived we got there late due to work and easter traffic we were met by 2 lovely ladies, that were really friendly our room was on the 1st floor, there is a lift but it wasnt working which wasnt a problem for us but there was a few others that were struggling walking up the stairs, the room was as you would expect, we had a view of the car park and some fields, the car park goes round the side so plenty of spaces, the room had a fan but we left the window open while we were out, the first night we kept the window closed and heard nothing the 2nd night we forgot to shut it so come around 5ish you could hear the traffic, but no problems witch is what you want. There is a lovely park round the corner with a little cafe and a small lake which was nice to walk round after a 8hr journey from cornwall the day before.

As usual a very good stay with PI, arrived just after 11 and the pleasant lady at reception sorted us an early checkin, really useful as it gave us somewhere to change to attend a funeral. Room was pleasant and clean, bed really comfy, and shower good, though Mrs C doesn't like a fixed shower head

We had an exceptional experience at Premier Inn Showground. From the moment we walked in, Riz, the Receptionist's warm welcome made us feel right at home. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options and she was always happy to help with a big smile on her face. The room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. The comfortable bed ensured restful night's sleep. Location is very convenient and it's free parking! We truly appreciated the outstanding service from all the staff and would highly recommend this Premier Inn for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Norwich.

The staff here are fantastic particularly Kelly who was on reception the evening I arrived . I was welcomed warmly by Kelly & she was excellent & so helpful & obliging , it was a lovely start to my visit. Ellie the next day also went out of her way to help me the next day , & Charlotte the manager was so pleasant , friendly , & I was grateful for her local knowledge . I like the comfortable clean rooms & easy to use shower & key access..

The hotel was conveniently positioned. It had a comfortable room which was also roomy with a side bed whihc acted as a settee with room for 2 or more. The bed was very comfortable with a soft headrest which could be wiped down. Well priced.

asked at reception for a room reasonable close to reception and the gave us a room which was the furthest from reception. When I got to the room the window was wide open and the room was freezing had to sit and wait for the room to warm up whilst sitting in my coat.

We stayed for one night to visit a relative in hospital, the woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We asked to move rooms because we were the first room at the top of the stairs which seemed like it would be noisy. She moved us without any problems to a room which was much better for us. There is traffic noise but it didn’t keep us awake and ima light sleeper

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Happy friendly staff. Shower was a WOW. Food/ breakfast amazing. So much choice. Like the idea that you can get to the restaurant via the hotel. Beer and food is cheaper than i thought. Extra pillows available.
