Silverstone

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, nice and welcoming. Checkin 5th july after 9pm. Very quiet too. Best situated for Silverstone race curcuit.

The hotel room was far too hot even though it was only 50 to 60 deg outside. Appears the heat remained after previous few days of 90 deg temp. This is due to very poor ventilation in the room. The windows only open about an inch or two (probably becomes of Uk regulations and the way these old windows are designed). There was only small fan provided in room and that did not help. Felt like 90 deg in room overnight. We had room for 3 people and none of us slept well due to heat. Price was expensive but that it to be expected during f1 Grand Prix week and I was ok with that. But not ok with lack of effort by hotel to find ways to cool down the room - they could have had fans on before guest arrived and could have used larger fans etc. we know there was no AC but did not expect such a hot room when it was cool outside (July 3/4)

No working AC. Room was 27° all night. Breakfast server was rude. Took my plates not once, but twice, whilst I still had food whilst muttering under her breath. She has no place working in hospitality. Dreadful disrespectful service

Arrived very late ,Deepak was on Reception. He really helpful and gave so good ideas of places to visit while here helped us to our room which was really appriciated. Knowing there was no Air con I was expecting it to be very stuffy but it wasn’t it was ok.The room was so clean not a spec of dust any where shower was perfect . Had best night sleep in a long time .Got down to breakfast much later than planned to be greeted by Emily who was charming and smiling all the food was hot tasted fresh didn’t catch names of restaurant staff or chef but again smiling and happy to help. Upon leaving had quick chat with the housekeeper who again was smiling happy considering the heat and all the rooms ahead to do she was Brilliant . We will totally stay again and recommend the hotel Thank you everyone at Silverstone Premier Inn

Soxy & Kaisa were lifesavers - I arrived at 9pm after a 3 hour trip to find my company had booked me in for the wrong day. They were able to sort me out despite being really busy. Thanks!

Lovely little Premier Inn to stay at for all events, had exactly what we needed for the night, the room was lovely and clean, bed was amazing to sleep in, and the food was lovely. Friendly staff from the beginning, perfect stay and will definitely be going back!
