"Rooms are not the pics online! Online pics show NEW rooms. No closet. No trash removal. You take your own trash out. Staff claims they can't speak understand English. Deceptive!!! The rooms are old they say they have been updated if this is updating it is to '90s. The deception is in the room description there is no sofa bed there's no sitting area there is no kitchenette in the king size room. Don't stay here. There is No free breakfast. This place is a DUMP!!"

"I had a reservation for a king size non smoking with amenities since I am handicap. I called the same day to confirm the reservation. After being at the hospital and my sister having a very long surgery I went to check in to the room only to find out the room had been cancelled, not on my behalf. The man that checked me in offered me a room that was being renovated that would be no charge for the night. Upon leaving the hotel this GM told me to go to desk before leaving. They said they were giving me a "discount" for the room, which wasn't what was discussed when checked in. I live across state and just got home 2 days later and called regarding the charge, this so called GM Husein that doesn't know how to speak to customers compared me with going to McDonald's. His employee did offer the free room if I stayed and could tell I was exhausted! This hearsay GM doesn't want to discuss anything with his employees he's very rude, he don't care about the people that come to the RRI I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY, ESPECIALLY when they will just throw you in a non full working room! I will be taking this higher!"

"Westin standard, the price seems to be very conscientious compared to the surrounding Holiday Inn and Hilton, and the breakfast is also quite rich. The lobby corridor is nice to sit and chat, and the bar is also good for a drink. Not far behind the door, there are various restaurants, including Chinese food. The black guy in the Mediterranean restaurant has a serious look but is also very polite."
