Welcome to our newly renovated basement apartment that has a separate double-door entrance with amenities for self check-in 24/7. There is a fully equipped kitchen for a short or long term stay with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. The basement apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. (The owners live on the top two floors).About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Property spot on
Nothing to complain about here other than not being able to relax and enjoy the property more. Checking in late was no issue. Chose property to accommodate the family instead of getting two hotel rooms and best believe this was a better choice. The small additions like the water to the fruit and snack bars, it was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Great place
Wonderful place. Extremely clean. Nice and comfortable furniture. Fully equipped. Very accommodating hosts. We would stay there again

Great place to rest up before heading to the OBX!
The beats staying at a hotel!! So much more comfortable and relaxing!!! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
