This property is set on a one acre wooded lot on Highway 35 four miles from Norfolk and 26 miles from Wayne. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath across the hall. In the loft there is a king bed with full en-suite. In the basement with egress there queen bed, double bed and pullout double. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Do not move furniture without host’s permission..No food or beverages besides water in bedrooms..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Staying for a family wedding. Five adults very comfortable and wxcellent layout. Elizabeth and Jeff were very communicative. Thanks for the pefect stay!!

The house was excellent , with my mom using a cane and walker the first floor bedroom and spacious first floor made it easy for here to get around . Everything was as advertised and better. Thank you

Best Place we have ever stayed!
From the opening of the front door, to closing it when we left, we totally appreciated the cabin/home. They had every detail covered from the health and beauty aids, the linens to the dishes/silverware/cookware provided. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is the best place you could stay in Norfolk, Nebraska area!!! Thank you for your beautiful home.

Six Star
Spring Branch is a WONDERFUL place that would be at home in Montana, Black Hills or Wyoming Big Horns. Great location for our needs, spotlessly clean, romantic setting, hosts were great and thought of everything. We WILL be back.

This is a very well cared for cabin. I has an up to date kitchen. Washer and dryer for use. Having 2 full bathrooms was super helpful. We loved the gas fireplace in the livingroom. We did not have time to use the back pourch area but it was nice to have the option. Super cozy and perfect for a 5 day stay visiting my daughter at Wayne State College. Norfolk is just down the road for all your shopping needs. I litterally cant think of any negatives to our stay. Thank you Elizabeth and Jeff!
