This is the perfect place to stay alone, with family or friends. This 2 bdrm-1 bath has been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and relaxing respite from the bustle of life. This studio sits on 28 majestic acres. Do nothing but relax or schedule added events on the property from finding fresh chicken eggs and scrambling them up for breakfast, meet the 4 mini donkeys and 2 baby goats, schedule time with the horses or book a family photo session of your trip with our photographer. This 1,600 sq ft retreat sits up above the garage. It has its own separate entry from the outside. The only way to access the retreat is from the stairs. It is not accessible for wheelchairs or for people who are unable to confidently go up and downstairs. The retreat overlooks the property. Beautiful Farm Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the breezy Hill farm. Tina and Lino and their family were excellent hosts and very welcoming. The animals were just such a treat. The place is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be back! Made some new friends.

Great home and great hospitality!
Tina is a wonderful host! We loved our stay! Home is beautiful, clean and the grounds are amazing! It was so much fun to experience the animals! Our granddaughters loved it!

Wedding Stay
Got the stay for my daughter - one night for her 2 girlfriends, pre wedding and second night with her new husband. All loved the place, the animals and the family/owners. Wonderful, tho pricey 2 night place to stay.

Excellent farm retreat
Tina is an amazing host. My oldest daughter is a pre-vet major at Kansas State. Tina took us all around the farm, introduced us to all of the animals, let us help feed and collect eggs.
The apartment is so nice! Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and the beds are so comfortable. Any family would love this retreat!!

Relaxation on the Farm
The property was beautiful and we enjoyed all the animals during our down time. My daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and horses carrots each day when not on the softball field. It brought back childhood memories being on the farm in PA. It was a relaxing trip and if in the area again we will definitely book another stay.

Exceeds all expectations
Everything was so amazing- kind people, adorable animals, clean and spacious living area and gorgeous setting. We were sad to be leaving but plan on staying here every time we visit the area.

Country Living in the City
Great location, accommodations, experience was fantastic, everything we expected and more. The hosts were great to deal with and very accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the cows, donkeys, horses, goats and chickens. We will be back to experience the spring and all the farm has to offer.
