I booked 2 rooms for a 3-night stay at this hotel for my son and I through Trip.com. Upon arrival, my son’s bed had no bedding, no sheets or pillowcases, as noted in reviews which I wasn't aware. His bathroom had a strong odor, and mine was unclean, a stinky serious health issue. Neither of our room phones worked, calls to the front desk (option 3 on the main hotel line) were consistently disconnected. On our first night (06/21/25), the Wi-Fi went down and remained unavailable through the next day (06/22/25). I reported the issue to a female front desk employee, who said she had spent three hours on the phone with customer service before giving up. She stated it might be restored by Monday (06/23/25), but service never resumed. Despite promoting free Wi-Fi, the hotel failed to provide a stable wifi connection. She blamed a storm, but online reviews dated 06/20/25 indicate the issue began earlier. Due to the poor room conditions and lack of Wi-Fi, my son left early. A housekeeper let me into his room earlier in the day, and acknowledged his departure. I attempted to notify the front desk after I returned from taking him home around 9:00 PM, but the office was closed and the phones still inoperable. I followed up the next morning and again at checkout (06/24/25), requesting a credit for my son's 3rd night due to their bad wifi service. The male front desk staff said they had no record of my son’s early departure, which is understandable given the office was closed and unreachable by phone and they already know this. I had to pass the front desk office upon entering the hotel's driveway to return to my room, all the lights were off. I also filed a complaint via Trip.com’s customer service on 06/22/25, and the staff at trip.com has called them multiple times and sent multiple emails as well. The hotel has denied a refund, citing a late return of the key, ignoring that their office was closed, wifi was down and contact methods unavailable. They lied stating they have no complaints on file, but I have proof I emailed them on 06/22/25 and they have cameras allegedly. I will be seeking justice and escalating this matter by sharing my experience EVERYWHERE to warn other EVERYONE!
