The home itself is so well distributed that you’ll all have your own space without being on top of each other, you’ll be surprised it’s a townhome! Property was located in very good central location with tons of shopping and restaurants across the street. Beds were comfortable and ample seating in kitchen and living room. Bathrooms were minimal with small and old/well-used towels. We would have appreciated regular sized hand towels, instead of small tea towels with tassels. I also noticed dust, dirt and hair on bathroom floors and baseboards. The rest of the house seemed clean otherwise. Host sent check in details early morning on the day of check-in, I would’ve appreciated notice a little bit sooner. Host also sent check out details to VRBO app, which were different than the paper checkout instructions in the home.

Comfortable stay
Made for a very comfortable trip for our family of 7. In a quiet neighborhood, very clean, had all the essentials and in a great location near shops, freeway & desired activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood
This is a great, clean, well kept townhouse in a quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay here. Despite being a smaller space, we loved that it still had 4 bedrooms with enough space to accommodate my family of 8 with still more beds to spare. The check in instructions were clear and given ahead of time so there was no problem getting right in when we arrived. I don't really have any complaints.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay with the family
Came to town for a wedding, the house was perfect for our stay. Fully furnished with everything you could need, plenty of space to let the kids and adults play and still relax. Was a wonderful weekend!!

Spacious and great location
Great location near shopping and freeway access. Loved that it was spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for my big crew! A beautiful place!
