We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in January 2026 as a family and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the first impression on arrival was very positive.
Our Standard Room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly, which is essential during Srinagar winters. The bathroom had consistent hot water; the only small point worth mentioning is that the jet spray had cold water, though this did not impact the overall comfort of the stay.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast offered a massive spread with very good taste and quality, easily matching expectations from a Marriott-branded property. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request.
The location is very convenient for city access, close to Lal Chowk and near an Army base camp, which adds a strong sense of security. While it is slightly away from Dal Lake, the overall connectivity and safety make it an ideal choice for both couples and families.
Overall, this property stands out as one of the better options in Srinagar, offering excellent value for money, strong service standards, and great food. A truly comfortable and reliable luxury stay.
