The fire pit is wood burning, and the grill is charcoal burning; guests can purchase both from the local Publix supermarket and/or Dollar General just up the highway. Please clean up after use and replace the fire pit lit & the bbq cover so that future guests can enjoy as well. There are solar-powered string lights that turn on automatically to provide additional ambience for entertaining at night. There are six provided chairs for the fire pit to cook s’mores or have some drinks, and there’s also a cornhole set that is stored in the laundry room for guests to enjoy outside! We simply ask that it’s returned to the box and to the laundry room after use 😊• TRASH: If any trash bins need to be taken out, there are two black trash cans & one blue recycling bin located outside along the side of the house. If needed, guests can bring the bins to the road for recycling pickup on Monday mornings & trash pickup on Wednesday mornings (approximately 7am). • MISCELLANEOUS: There is a white remote control in the kitchen that can be used to turn on/off the LED lights along to the top of the kitchen cupboards for added ambience, as well as a second remote located in the master bedroom to utilize the same lights behind the headboard. • MAINTENANCE: The yard is maintained by our landscaper that will be there for approximately 30 minutes every other Wednesday. • **DAMAGE DISCLOSURE:** Any damages incurred to the property and/or its contents including, but not limited to, smoking inside, clogged sink from food waste, clogged toilettes from flushing anything but toilettes paper, etc will be reported to VRBO & a damage claim will be filed.
