We had a great stay at the hotel, a few hiccups with the check in process but this didn’t detract from the overall stay.

The weekend was perfect. Very convenient to everything. Shopping, dining and very quiet at night.

A relatively newer hotel with kind and informative staff working around the clock.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Great options for 24 hr munchies. Loved the complimentary water and Scooby Snacks. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

It was a trip for a surgery. So just a one night stay. Travel with my sister and my mom. Upon entering the room we noticed the mini fridge was leaking. The leak was so bad that blankets had to be placed on the floor to absorb the water all night. The Hotel was full and we couldn’t be move to another room. The Hotel offered no deduction or refund for this watery hazard, only asked what time we were checking out in the morning so it could be repaired as the leak was still leaking through the blankets. Some compensation should have been offered for this inconvenience.

Nice hotel in a good location. There was a train that passed frequently that was very close and noisy. The room was nice but lacked a microwave.

The property is nice and clean. Walls are paper thin. I had an issue with ******* payment not reflecting and was charged twice. They handled immediately and refunded my account. Great customer service.

Our stay was awesome!! All of the associates were friendly, very welcoming, personable!! We felt like family while staying there!! This is not our usual experience when staying at other hotels! From the initial greeting to out last goodbyes, Tru is definitely different, in a very good way!! We even made some life long friends!!

The stay was good! I would stay at a Tru by Hilton again! It was clean, spacious, friendly and comfortable. These are come things I did notice as room for improvement. 1. I always check the bed linens before doing anything else. I pull the bed apart and check the edges, run my hand along bed edges to see if i find anything from bedbugs or something like that. Bed was pristine. However, since the bed moves easily, i slid it out and there was a layer of dust and crumbs on the edge of the very bottom of the headboard frame. The floor right at the wall also had the same dust and crumbs. Housekeeping happened to be right outside. She came in and tookcare of it straight away and was so nice. Ir is great that the bed pulls away from the wall though. Easy to clean. 2. Love the soap/shampoo/conditioner but, especially in an accessible room, it was hard to use with my limited grip. Maybe rethink that fir accessible rooms. 3. Loved the rolling desk chair but really wished there was one more chair. Things i liked: 1. The bench. It was handy to sit or put your suitcase, tuck you shoes under. 2. Coffee in the lobby all the time! 3. The electric blackout shades were excellent 4. Fun atmosphere. So many differt seating working options in the lobby. 5. The movable desk in the room. 6. The tv options! It was nice to have spotify to listen to while getting ready to go out. 7. Wall hooks. So handy!
