Premier Inn Maidstone (Allington)

I travelled with children and I have allergies. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The showers were powerful and beds super comfy. I had two pull out beds for the children and I had a small double. Staff were very cheerful and kind. It felt more like a 4*. I cannot fault it. Food was great. Will be returning 😊

The staff here couldn't be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they're always happy to chat. Bella especially has been brilliant, checking on room cleanliness and if anything needs sorting out. Really great stay, perfect for motorway access and rooms are quiet

Premier inn good as expected from the chain. Very disappointed in attached Beefeater for dinner. Early in evening called into restaurant to book table and told to return anytime as plenty of tables available. On our return to do this, stood at wait to be seated desk for over 15 mins with waiting staff seeing us there but not engaging…..many empty tables could be seen. Decided to leave after 20 mins, staff member saw this and ran after us to say they were resetting tables and did we want to wait! If the staff had acknowledged us waiting for 15 mins we would have waited. Very poor customer service!! Went to Village Hotel grill next door for welcoming staff and excellent customer service. Premier Inn let down on this occasion by Beefeater unwelcoming staff and quite frankly rude to not acknowledge waiting customers in any way! Decided to go to other hotel for breakfast in morning as well!

Easy to find and get to. Nice restaurant. Beds are so comfy, room was very quiet and clean didn't need for anything and if I did staff were more than helpfull. Staff was so polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Will recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here, whilst visiting friends in the area. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite an old building, with a creaky staircase, but the rooms are nicely furnished and clean. We had a good stay and would consider returning if in the area again

This Premier Inn is a good one. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park was on the limit of being full, but we parked ok. The building and room were tidy and clean. Everything in the room worked like it should and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked being able to open the window to get fresh air in. Although it is on the main road and our room was on the front traffic noise was not an issue. Only had a continental breakfast, but it was fine. Only issue is the slow toaster, but that is the same in all premier inns! I’d happily stay there again.
