Large bathroom with corner spa bath, shower and vanity, separate toilet with basin and a small equipped laundry with washing machine and laundry basin.The upstairs living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a large open plan living that leads out to a large undercover entertainment area with BBQ. A great area for entertaining guests and enjoying a summer's night on the balcony. Brand new quality furnishings throughout including Microwave, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, outdoor furniture, BBQ.Upstairs has split system heating and cooling as well as a ceiling fan and downstairs bedrooms have a wall heater in the main bedroom and second bedroom and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.Guest access:Check in with a pin code for key box access.
