LIVING AREA
Step through the front door into the professionally designed beachy boutique open concept living space with seating for five on a couch and two side chairs. Flip to Netflix on the huge flat-screen smart TV and binge watch your favorite show with a bowl of popcorn. The couch folds out to a queen-size sofa sleeper for two adults.
Access to the back sunroom is available off the living room! Wake up and walk right outside to sip your coffee or catch up on that book you're reading and relax in the cozy and comfortable hammock! Sit back in one of the four large cushioned chairs and listen to the breeze flow over the pond in the distance.
KITCHEN & DINING
Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, six people can dine at dining room table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home sleeps 8 comfortably.
The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and access to the master ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. A flat-screen TV is wall-mounted for your entertainment.
The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed, perfect for two adults to snuggle up in.
The third bedroom features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV that will be perfect for the kids to retreat to!
There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway near the twin bedroom containing a bathtub/shower combination.
HOME AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The Palm Cove neighborhood contains two swimming pools for guests to enjoy when you don't want to feel the sand between your toes. When you decide the Gulf of Mexico is where you'd rather be, the M.B. Miller County Pier is a short 3-minute drive away and offers ample parking, bathrooms, a fishing pier, and plenty of sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water!
PARKING
Guests have access to the private concrete driveway with room for two vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. There is some overflow parking available at the end of the street.
THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the home, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub – ask for the Bangin' Bloody Mary! For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. During the summer months, Shipwreck Island Water Park is open daily and offers a huge variety of rides and pools for a day splashing in a controlled, sand-free environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We strive to ensure every guest feels at home, every time. Should there be something you need, have a question about, or need clarification on, we are always available via phone, email, and text, 24/7/365. All of our managed properties feature a keyless, electronic lock for easy access. No need to check in at a desk, just head straight inside after parking!

UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH $125 PER DOG FEE.
Guests will be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement after a booking is made. This property is in an area with ongoing new developments and exciting changes. Guests are advised that construction may be occurring at neighboring properties or the general area during your visit. We do our best to ensure each, and every property is maintained to the absolute highest cleanliness standards, but occasionally we miss a bit of sand (you're at the beach, after all!) or dust on a ceiling fan. We're happy to take care of these issues if you notice that we missed them; just let us know!
