This tent is fully off the grid with a generator on site for back up power. We have power banks available to charge electronics. T-Mobile has the best service. AT&T and US Cellular 80% coverage. You must bring charging cords. Furnished with a queen size mattress and queen air mattress. We offer outdoor insta heater shower. Firewood bundles are stacked under the deck with roasting sticks. All lights are solar with a few battery operated ones. There is a grill and propane tank on site with grilling utensils, cutting board. Plates and silverware provided. We offer a cooler just bring your own ice! If you forget your shower accessories, don’t worry we have you covered. You will also find a 4 cup French press and water kettle. We are less than a 1/4 mile from Maniac Mountain Haunted House, so you will hear the chainsaws, gun shots, and screams during the Sept-Nov time. We have 160 acres of wilderness you can explore. Be cautious of wildlife and look for WARNING signs. We have a private shooting range in the bottom fields of the property so you may hear gun shots April- August. For winter months Oct-April water supply will be limited. We are conveniently located 2 miles from the Hampton boat launch, 3 miles from Upshur County Trails and Recreation Park, and 6 miles from downtown Buckhannon. The space is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a large living area, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen area, patio, balcony, and fire pit. Within a short drive are the Hampton boat launch, Upshur County Trails (for biking, hiking, frisbee golf, and more), WV Wildlife Center, and Fidler Mill.If you're from out of town you may also want to consider exploring well-known attractions such as: Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum (22mi), Stonewall Resort (31mi), Tygart Lake State Park (45mi), Seneca Rocks (65mi), Blackwater Falls (68mi), and Dolly Sods (72mi). All renters are responsible for cleaning up after your pet inside and outside. There is a Dollar General just before you get to Village Hardware! Buckhannon - 22 miles/34 minutes. Area includes Walmart, Kroger, multiple gas stations, restaurants, movie theatre, Walk-in clinics, St. Joseph's Hospital. Rock Cave - 12 miles/20 minutes. IGA grocery store, Harper Lumber hardware store, Tri-County clinic, and Tri County pharmacy. WV Wildlife Center - 9.7 miles/16 minutes.
