Please be respectful to our neighbors and do not use their property. No excessive noise outside after 9pm.- DO NOT drive on the grass around the home with any vehicles - NO paper of any kind down the toilets. That includes toilet paper. Please place everything in waste basket. Any paper in toilet can result in clogging and plumbing issues that you will be responsible for.- Do not pour any grease, oils, butters down drains. Please wait for grease to cool down and throw into the garbage. Grease can damage plumbing and cost will be on the guest.- Absolutely NO showers, washer or dish washer usage after 1130pm. Excessive water usage after 1130pm can cause serious damage to the home. Please limit water usage to flushing toilets and light faucet use.-Do not use fireplace.-Beware of lake swim at your own risk.
