Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only. Please be aware the house is in the state of New Jersey near a wooded area there may be pests like ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.By booking, you agree to all of the following HOUSE RULES:1. Smoking, drug, and vape use are absolutely not allowed inside the house, on the patio of the building. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered later. 2. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Princeton. Loud music parties are not allowed in this property. Quiet gatherings are allowed. There is a fee of $1,000 if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. 3. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is one-time pet fee of $100 per pet for short stay. The extra cleaning fee staying over 30 nights is $100/mo per pet.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
