We are 4+ year experienced hosts who have stayed at countless VRBO's over the years. Through this experience we've come to understand what a best-in-class VRBO needs to have, as well as what common shortcuts NOT to take---like cheap beds, uncomfortable couches, etc.. This particular VRBO is near and dear to our hearts as it's a quarter mile away from where Brian was born and raised and his parents still reside. We love to come home to see family & friends that we have very close connection to. AND to let my parents love on their grandbaby.It's designed to comfortably host amazing get-togethers and is extremely accommodating. We get asked a lot about having events with more than 10 guests on the property. We do not allow this and limit our property to a maximum of 10 guests. We can make some exceptions for infants etc..
