The home is less then 50 yards from beach walkover 1 for easy access to and from the water. It is also a short walk to either the main pool or the beach front pool. In the main home you will be greeted by a oversized screened in front porch that is perfect for lounging outside and having coffee and cocktails. Once inside there is an oversized living room / dining room that seats 8 with 4 barstools that are sat at the kitchen island. This is a perfect spot to grab a meal or hang out and watch a game.
