This newly constructed Gameday home is located less than 3 miles from the Mississippi State Campus. This new neighborhood is quiet with mostly weekend visitors. The large living room has a pull-out sofa, and each of the three bedrooms has a large bed (2 King, 1 Queen) with premium mattresses. Traveling with a baby- the master bedroom has a huge walk in closet that is quiet/dark for setting up a crib. Cook comfortably in our fully stocked kitchen featuring premium appliances. We have four large TVs for watching the Dawgs and a great outdoor area for grilling and listening to Jim Ellis postgame! Let us make your Starkville stay an easy one! Perfect House
We were in town for the weekend attending an equestrian event at MSU. This house was perfect for our stay, located only a few miles from campus. The neighborhood was easy to find and all the houses are well maintained. The communication from the host was excellent. Directions, access codes and instructions were clear and easy to understand. They were extremely accommodating and responsive.The house was perfect for our stay, very clean and setup well with everything you could want/need already provided. Especially the kitchen, it felt like home to us.Definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the Starkville area.

Thanksgiving
The cottage was perfect. The layout and flow worked for our family for all staying together ajd for our Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen is well appointed. The tvs were awesome for football. The master bathroom and walking closet was an oasis. . The house was Spotless!

Perfect Gameday house 🐾
Beautiful house, well equipped kitchen with extra amenities. Close to campus, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and bright airy clean feel. Will stay here every visit!

Great home in a great area
We enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and comfy and had anything needed. Communicating with the owners was quick and easy. The location was convenient to where we needed to go and will be coming back!
