I requested new towels, coffee, coffee cups, beds made and a TV to be looked at because I couldn't hear it with volume on max. Returned back late after long day of moving my son, had to walk 3 flights of stairs because elevator was out (happens) to find only new towels and nothing else. Still couldn't hear the TV. Mentioned issues again on my way out for the day to return after another long day to once again find only new towels, no coffee, no cups and beds not made. Next morning, again mentioned issues to younger black girl who very quickly threw me to the manager. The manager was an older white woman with long gray hair (didn't get names) who blamed the elevator (broken only 1 day) and got very aggressive with me immediately. Talked down to me, no customer service, even my son was offended with the way she talked to me. Younger lady said she would have moved my room because of the TV but I didn't return to the hotel during her shift. Said they hadn't received any other complaints, so it must have been me. Couldn't the atv be switched out, why would I need to move rooms and why couldn't she call me, the hotel had my number. I told the manager I wouldn't stay here again, not because of the issues but because of her attitude towards me as a customer. She said OK, she clearly could not care.
