Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

Check-in was smooth and welcoming; the staff member at reception made us feel at ease and handled the process efficiently. Our room, located on the second floor, was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. I appreciated the option of requesting extra pillows, and overall, the bed was comfortable. The bath towels were of good size and quality, although only one hand towel was provided. We had paid nearly £18 for a continental breakfast for two people, but unfortunately, this was disappointing. We arrived for breakfast at 8:45 a.m. (service runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.), and while the setup allowed for self-service, the selection was very limited. The menu advertised a variety of yoghurts, but only Greek yoghurt was available. For fruit, the options listed were bananas, clementines, and apples; however, only apples were provided. There were no Danish pastries available, and the fruit salad appeared old and soggy. When I enquired about the pastries and fruit, I received a curt response: "No, that’s all we have. We are waiting for a delivery." Overall, while the accommodation and check-in experience were positive, the breakfast did not meet expectations given the price.

Up to date, spacious premises. Super comfortable room with great shower and luxury toiletries. Excellent price even with our upgrade. Fantastic location for exploring Trentham Gardens.

Hotel nice we tried meal deal which was good value. We were surprised to find a 'new' game on the game machine which we passed on way to room with a bull fighting game! How cruel and horrible. Disturbing if children saw it be it the advert for it. Animal cruelty even though CGI but realistically done. Should be removed please premier inn, NOT PC!

Absolutely loved my stay it was amazing the beds were comfy, shower was lovely and hot. I stayed for dinner in the restaurant and Charlie n Jamie were great they showed me and my friend the new cocktail menu and updated us the best cocktails, Charlie then sat us down and catered to our every need, I have a gluten allergy and had the allergen information handed to me to let me know about what I could and couldn’t have , my food was really nice only thing I have a problem with was the chips as they were a bit overdone and cold but overall my stay was 10/10 I definitely recommend staying here. Going to book again in a few weeks

Positives; Straight forward check in. Twin room ready upon arrival, no issues with booking. Large car park however very busy. Clean hotel, nice room. Friendly staff. Dined in restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Plenty of choice. Nice food. . Negatives: Dripping water sound in room,possibly from room above or the air con. No obvious leaks. No staff available at checkout to mention this to. Large car park but used by shoppers. A dedicated section for hotel guests would be welcome. Only one hot drinks machine which got very busy at breakfast time. Used frequently and not cleaned during our time in restaurant...spread of germs concerned us

Amazing service from Leanne, Jamie & Dan Popped in for food and drinks while in for the concerts Quick service on drinks Great pizza from Si & Reece Deffo recommend for anyone after somewhere on the estate for a drink & pub food. We will definitely visit again
