Well situated at the Old Town, just couple of minutes walk from notre dame de strasbourg, modern and well lit room in the old building. Clean and come with free drinks in the fridge

酒店地理位置好，出行方便，房間設施齊備，有空調，比較衞生。服務一般。因為上學住的公寓還沒到入住時間，所以連住了6天。總體還行。

房間設施有點陳舊，電梯非常小，衹能容納進入2個人加2個箱子。房間就對着街道，特別驚喜的是房間還有一個陽台，能坐在陽台欣賞街景。

쁘띠프랑스와 매우 가까워서 여행하기 좋아요. 작지만 느낌있고 테라스가 있어서 좋아요. 잠시 머물다가기 좋은곳이에요. 오래된곳을 리모델링해서 멋스러워오

The location was perfect to everywhere you needed to go. Easy access to the trams and buses for the European institutions, and really close to the central train station. The Hannong is on a lively street that has confectionaries and traditional brasseries. On the plus side, Les galleries Lafayette are some steps away. Nice breakfast, polite personnel, great shower room, windows for fresh air, beautiful artwork, and so many more!

We really enjoyed our stay at hannong Alexandra was so informative and pleasant at the front desk, she gave us great recommendations. Amelie was also helpful regarding booking our taxi to the train station. The breakfast buffet and service were excellent.

Great cozy hotel. Very spacious room and freshly renovated bathroom. The location is very convenient for walking everywhere. Staff is so nice and they go above and beyond to help everyone. I’d highly recommend this hotel. And hopefully I’ll be back soon for another vacation

Hotel Hannong was in a good location, walking distance (around 10 mins) from the train station and near restaurants and the Petit France area. We stayed in the Club Room and the room was quite small. We stayed in similar size rooms in other hotels and they had a better layout. In this hotel you didn’t really have a good place to put 2 large suitcases. They were in the way. We did not hear any street noise but could hear other guests above. It seemed like the walls were thin. The AC did work but we couldn’t get the room as cold as we wanted it and it was around 60 degrees outside. The room has good blackout curtains and bathroom was a good size. There was no vent in the bathroom, but that seems typical of other European hotel rooms. The bed was ok but on the firmer side.

All the people of the hotel are helpfull, kind and we have experienced you also enjoy some chitchat. This made us feel right at home. Further on it was clean, the breakfast great and everything we needed was available. Even when we didn't need the room to be cleaned we got a note that if there was any need we only had to ask at the front desk. The ppl here were kind, friendly and precise when needed. Then about the winebar Black and Wine: The roofbar had an open character which made it easy to blend in. And around 21.00 you could continue the experience at the winebar below. Here the winechart was bigger and more exclusive. A special note for Boris who worked really hard to get everybody their drinks in the lounge below.

Great staff, very nice hotel, clean, in a great location. The most important thing - professional and conscientious: I forgot the notebook in the hotel where I kept money (not a small amount of money). When I went back to pick it up, the notebook was in a sealed envelope and everything was returned to me exactly as I had left it at the hotel. I give you the highest possible marks that hotel staff can get. Thank you a thousand times!

If you are driving, consider staying at another hotel. The parking lot is 3 blocks away, and if you park at night, you will be afraid to get back to the hotel. The parking lot is expensive, 45 euros, and the hotel gives a discount, but it is only valid for the first day. The room was poorly cleaned. The shower and bathroom area were clean. But the details such as the soap dish, hairdryer, telephone, and nightstand were never cleaned, or had been cleaned a long time ago. The bed is too tight for a couple, and we had the largest room in the hotel. In addition to the bed being tight, it is too close to the wall, making it difficult to get out of bed without bumping into things. The breakfast is poor and half an hour before closing time, they do not replenish the items. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
