Худший опыт в этом отеле. Я заплатил высокие цены по сравнению с центром города. Сервис очень плохой. Я не буду рекомендовать этот отель.

Все было хорошо, пока я не услышал крик дочери. Выяснилось, что в ванной таракан умер после того, как она наступила. Комната маленькая, не подходит для молитв. Кондиционер, они его сбросили. Но все равно после этого потеплело. Моя мама сладкой до утра. Работники вежливые и приятные. Так амбиль гамбар, малас.

Эта гостиница стала очень популярной в TikTok из-за джакузи в одной из комнат. Поэтому я решил попробовать это место. При регистрации одна проблема, которую я впервые заметил, заключалась в том, что они потребовали залог в размере 100 ринггитов, который можно было оплатить только наличными, а не кредитной картой. После того, как мне сказали, что на другом конце торгового центра есть банк, мне пришлось пройти весь путь туда, чтобы снять 100 ринггитов, так как в то время у меня с собой не было достаточного количества денег. После внесения залога и получения ключа-карты от номера я наконец смог войти в номер. Ну, комната была не самой чистой, так как я нашел таракана в ванной, не говоря уже о большом количестве грязи, лепестков цветов и мусора, хлынувших из джакузи, когда я включил воду. Довольно разочаровывающе, поскольку я надеялся, что это будет хотя бы прилично.

Had stayed in this hotel many times! We love it n easily grab to many places. The staffs are very friendly. We have booked for this coming weekend.

Room is clean and size is okay for solo traveller like me. The aircond is function and cold. Except for parkings.

My second stay in this hotel. Overall good experienced. Room & bed are big. Comfortable to sleep.

The sliding floor really help when we have to carry heavy luggages into the hotel. However, room cleanliness need to improve especially the table, chair and walls not only floor.

A clean hotel with friendly staff who were very helpful to us. The VIP room with a jacuzzi was so enjoyable! And yes, their TV comes with entertaining apps such as Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more. My partner and I will definitely be booking here again one day. Can’t wait!

The location of this hotel is easy to find, the environment is quite eventhough it is quite dark at night. Love the lobby, smell good.

Small room, but comfort stay. No breakfast provide but convenient to get food around.

the location was very fine with us. Inside the hotel, cleanliness was well observed though outside there were occasional debris that should have been removed early enough. Service was good and staff fully attended to guests whenever required. For the facilities, though still in working conditions, some need to be refurbished. the pictures on the website are somehow different from the true picture.
