The breakfast has less varieties compared to our last stay in August 2024. Room, however, is always clean and very spacious. Loves the lobby that feels elegant. Kids club is a great amenity for family travelling with young kids. Room does not have sufficient sound proof.

What a pleasant stay and the service was top notch. The room is clean and not smelly. Surely will stay here again for the next visit!

The hotel staff service was excellent. We were always greeted with friendly faces. The staff went on the extra mile in the event of an emergency. Overall, the stay was a pleasant and unforgettable trip. I would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

The hotel is in a prime location on Braga Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the service from all the staff was exceptional—I truly appreciated their hospitality. The room was clean, though there’s some room for improvement. However, the room felt slightly outdated, and the air conditioning in Room 1201 could use some maintenance. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a fantastic location!

A very good location . Walking distance to Braga street and near Bandung Train station . Bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic ! One thing to note about the swimming pool is cold as it is not a heated pool. Over all stay is pleasant and especially the staffs are so attentive , knowledgeable and friendly. Especially the male staff who did the check in for me. Can’t remember his name. Thank you so much.

Good location, amazing service staff. Nice mountain view if you are lucky on clear day. A lot of food nearby, good food in hotel itself. Very close to Braga City Walk.
