The vacation rental is tucked away on the western end of Bay County, in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carillon, as well as Pier Park which is about 5 miles away. Privacy and seclusion are our trademark; even so, we're close enough to all the wonderful activities of Panama City. Pinnacle Port is not only located on the Gulf of Mexico but also Phillips Inlet. • Powell Lake: 1 min walk • Carillon Beach: 4 min walk • Panama City Beaches: 15 min walk • Panama City, FL (ECP-Northwest Florida Beaches Intl.): 24 min drive About the Vacation Rental Unit: Our condo is a nicely furnished and well maintained, fifth floor townhouse condo with approximately 1,000 square-feet of living space and two balconies. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Gulf, while the living room has a beautiful lake view of Phillips Inlet. This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental also features: Master bedroom with King bed Guest bedroom with 1 Queen and built-in Bunk beds A dining area that offers seating for 4 people A balcony; porch/veranda Washer/Dryer Full kitchen Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Parking: The process for paying for permitted parking at Pinnacle Port is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided: the property manager will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link (provided below) to pay for parking. The cost is $30 per vehicle plus fees (technology fee/credit card fee). No more than two cars are allowed per reservation. Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn’t possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community. NOTE: We need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings! If you book with less than 24 hour notice, please send an email right away! For your convenience, there's a bathroom and changing area located on the building's 1st floor. Other details to note: The trash chute is in the elevator lobby. When you head to the elevator from the unit, turn to the right to locate the chute. The resort building has elevators, the unit itself does not. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed.
