Во время моего пребывания не было никакого обслуживания номеров/уборки. Я ушёл из номера в 7 утра и попросил убрать его. Вернувшись вечером, я обнаружил, что номер остался таким же, каким был, без смены полотенец и других услуг. Душ тоже был не очень чистым, немного засорённым и ржавым.

В конце концов не воспользовался, так как это было слишком далеко, так что не знаю, что тут сказать.

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again

アメニティなし、最寄駅の電車はストライキで動かなくなると結構へんぴなところでした。 5日間とまりクリーニングをいったのにもかかわらず1度もタオルも交換なしクリーニングなし、水場のソープは交換なしと酷かったです。

設施不完善

設施一般，住第二天只放新的毛中，床單也沒有整理！

I've stayed here many times before as it has a good location, far enough to be out of London for 'London Prices' but not too far to have to spend hours travelling to all the usual tourist haunts. The rooms themselves are great, much improved since the refurbishment so you will get a good night's sleep and the curtains are nice and thick. Be careful if you're on one of the lower floors as some rooms have windows looking directly onto the car park so do double check before whipping open the curtains. On this occasion I decided to have breakfast and I won't be doing that again. Not only do you have two members of staff standing there watching you like a couple of prison officers, there isn't much choice. Over £10 for a bowl of cereal and cup of weak coffee is not a bargain

What stood us for us was the excellent service in the bar/cafe. Ruvinda is so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She served us very well. Great food cooked by the chef Akhil. 5 stars for them both!

Stayed in travellodge Tolworth in a family unit. Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and buses. Very helpful staff and great atmosphere. Shoutout to Violeta who ran the breakfast with friendliness and care. She is wonderful.

OK for overnight stay. Hotel was full of homeless people and didn't feel safe. Entrance to the parking going around a ramp over 2 floors was very dangerous, not enough space for on coming traffic.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Violeta it was very clear she is committed to providing an amazing service to her guests, food was standard you find in any Travelodge. Always replenished and available
