Hotel is truly a 5 star experience. The room was more than I expected. Clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. Will definitely return.

Fantastic stay at the Suzhou Park Hyatt Hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on Jinji Lake. We stayed in a Lake View Terrace Suite for 3 nights. Amazing room with a fabulous terrace. Hotel amenities are good. We used the pool and the gym. We dined in the main restaurant Xizhou Hall for breakfast each day and also ate dinner in the bar, Apartment 208. The food selection and service were both excellent. A special thanks to Tina and all the F&B staff for looking after us so well. Look forward to returning some time to sample the Afternoon Tea!

Our overall stay at Park Hyatt was definitely memorable. The service was wonderful, the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities were exceptional. I would like to mention Betty, Shaw, Adolph, Vivian and Nick for being such amazing staff! Betty and Shaw made sure we received complimentary cake and wine in celebration of our anniversary. They were so responsive with our questions and are always ready to help. Adolph and Vivian assisted us with checking in and reception. We can’t speak Chinese well but they communicated with us in English which made our stay even better. They also helped us book our dinner reservation. Nick was the manager at apartment 208 where we had dinner. There were complications at first but Nick was able to handle everything well. He was also super kind and respectful. Our stay was almost perfect except for the fact that there was another guest who was blowing his nose, coughing and spitting in the pool which was a turn off for us. We decided not to use the pool anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends and family who need a wonderful staycation.

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

The Park Hyatt in Suzhou is perfect for a relaxing break. It's luxurious without being overly fussy. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's three lovely restaurants, all with outside seating. Choose from a hip balcony or a tranquil water garden; the food in all of them is excellent. There is also a nice gym, a spa and one of the loveliest hotel pools I've seen. We stayed for four days, and felt very spoiled and refreshed.

We booked this hotel as a staycation and were blown away with the amazing service we received from the time we jumped out of the car. Every detail of this hotel has been thought out and is an experience on its own. The hotel had three restaurants which were beautifully designed but Apartment 208, which we went to, was only a visual experience and lacked personality in terms of service. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then this hotel is definitely worth it but I would personally suggest utilizing close by eateries instead of eating at the hotel.

Most of all the room size was enough for our family and very clean, well organized. When we have breakfast, some of dishes were directly ordered by staff, so we were able to finish eating with ease. I’ll strongly recommend anyone who is going to visit Suzhou.
