The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower.The home is equipped with beach gear including sand toys, two umbrellas, four beach chairs, a wagon, Smashball and beach towels. Also provided are a tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, a basketball, a football and a yoga mat.The home is an end-unit, located in the middle building of the complex with ample guest parking and two private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit.Surfsong is a gated resort-inspired community with many great amenities including a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub and tennis and pickleball courts open to Surfsong guest and residents. Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time! From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station!
