The standard pillows were uncomfortable so we took advantage of the ‘pillow menu’ option and had the best sleep on our second night! Thank you W for having this option for guests.  The complimentary options are good and the pool facilities are excellent. Loved it!

I had a deep sleep whole night. Super nice staff at the rooftop bar and nice drinks. Very clean, comfortable bathtub 🛁

I recently stayed at W Hotel Sydney with my family for a staycation, expecting the high standards the W brand is known for. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and did not even meet basic 5-star hotel expectations. We reported issues with our room’s cleanliness at 3:00 PM, but despite several follow-ups, it wasn’t until 9:00 PM that someone finally came to address them. Even then, the floor was not vacuumed properly, coffee and amenities were not replenished, the bin was left uncleaned, used glasses were not removed, and the room had a horrible odor. We requested to speak with the duty manager at 3:30 PM, but after waiting over 45 minutes, no one showed up. The housekeeping quality was worse than what you’d expect at a 3-star hotel, let alone a pre This was not the luxury experience we were hoping for, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone seeking 5-star service. Extremely disappointed.

Prefect view, especially on Saturday for the fireworks. Took 30 mins to waited for check in tho. Somehow there were a lot of people on that day.

Simply marvelous to stay there! Staff at reception was kind and helpful and nice! Facilities were plentiful and enjoyable! The express check out was convenient. Worth the money!

W hotels are forever my favourite 😍 . Cool facilities e.g. heated pool and gym etc. Only complain that I have is the lift lobby and toilet are too dark. And I have scared 😱 myself few times. Generally the room is spacious and well deco. Oh ya...pls supply salt bath since there is a bathtub 🛀. Otherwise, it defeat the purpose.

The location is ok, hotel is new. But the lobby is very small, when you enter, you have to squeeze through check in /out queue. And when there is any function at the hotel, you have to squeeze thru the crowd. The worst thing in this hotel is the service, i gave 1 mark but i want to give a 0 mark, totally unacceptable. When i checked out, the hotel staff asked me whether i consumed anything from mini bar. I informed him no. A few days after I check out, i saw a bill from w sydney on my credit card. I called hotel to check and the staff told me i consumed a bottle of liquor. I questioned him i already informed nothing is consumed and if they found anything differnt, should they call me or at least email me the bill to alert me? If i didnt check my creditcard properly, this transaction will go through quetly. The hotel staff told me since i dispute this, he will refund, but i told thim this case should be thoroughly investigated and it is totally not acceptable. Will not stay in w sydney again.

I dont have to say much about location as it speaks for itself. Amazing staff and very helpful. So clean inside just an absolute cracker place to spend a night or two.
