Haya Hotel & Spa

I have been staying in many hotels in this area but this is the worse place I ever stayed in. Upon checking in, the room bed sheets were dirty and stained all over. They advertise for many amenities that aren’t included. They didn’t have coffee machines and when I asked the staff, they said they only have limited amounts available. They have no hairdryer either. I asked them to clean the room and they said they are very busy and they can’t promise to clean the room for us. And lastly, I lost most of my makeup items. When I reported the items were missing, nothing was done about it. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else if you have the opportunity. I stayed in a more nicer places for the same amount of money and sometimes less.

A very nice and clean place! Everything was spot on, service, appreciation, follow-up with guests regarding their needs. One of the best views ever. You can’t have any better view combined with amazing qualities and service. Hotel restaurant is so tasty! Great food, amazing service, mesmerizing view! A great experience.

The hotel was great the view of the room and jacuzzi were amazing, all clean , and the restaurant was affordable. They present shisha to the room also with very affordable price. The staff was very helpful and kind. They deal with a problem in my booking very professionally as they upgrade my room with no extra fees due to some misunderstanding by my side. I totally recommend this hotel and definitely will come again. I recommend the suit with jacuzzi. It has super view and nice jacuzzi

It was the most amazing, fabulous and self-refreshing experience of my life for which I do not know where to start with: The Receptionists were very Professional and Welcoming. They were also extremely Helpful, Trust Worthy and Genuinely Caring. (Giving all the info necessary, asking about your stay...) Furthermore, The Room Service were very Friendly and Fast as well as truly helpful. Concerning the rooms, I was in a Jacuzzi Suite room and it was really beautiful, clean, spacious and had a Lavendered smell. The jacuzzi was nice and in the room (not in the toilette as a bathtub). The bed was new. It was very relaxing and comforting. The bed sheets were very clean and the pillows were very fluffy. I felt very comfortable as if I was at home. Moreover, all the necessary Amenities were placed in a very professional manner in the room and if an extra towel or shampoo was needed you could have it with no hesitation from the room service. This place has the most wonderful Atmosphere. It was calming, relaxing and refreshing stay. In addition, It has a beautiful and a wonderful SEA VIEW for which I was able to see Beirut Bay, Jounieh Bay and Harissa (Lady of Lebanon) from the balcony. It was truly my best Quiet and Quality time. So, All in all, my stay at HAYA Hotel was priceless, I had the most beautiful experience and it was my pleasure to get to knowing this place and the crew. I totally recommend visiting this wonderful place and would definitely come back again.

The AC is not working properly, no maintenance was done for the rooms”lamps, curtains, shower door, water hose at the bathroom etc…” the room was dirty with hair on the bed. I requested for a kettle and they refused to give me. They asked me to call them when I need hot water which took ages to arrive in a dirty with broken tea cups. The ceiling is full of moisture as there was water leakage. Electrcity keep cutting off and I was forced to walk down to the parking at leaven -3 where the parking is not organized. There are only two workers at the hotel the man at the reception and a man who is responsible of the kitchen, maintenance, guarding … Haya Hotel spoiled my 15th year anniversary. I feel really bad for my self.
