This hotel punches above its class when it comes to the quality of the facilities and service. Our room was spacious with complete amenities and a nice balcony to relax. Our toddler appreciated the heated pool with a dedicated space for kids. There's a huge space for parking, although it's not covered and you can access it from both sides of the building. I wish the breakfast could have been better. I jokingly called it "carenderia food," because to be honest, that's kinda how it tasted.

Nice stay recommended for families. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Good second stay and was able to get room as soon as I’ve decided to extend my stay in the area.

Great overall stay with our family. Fantastic location with heated pool, gym, and kid's play area. What could be improved - speed of guest room service and food taste for breakfast buffet. Overall a wonderful experience and would be back.

Hotel was ok. Nothing is walkable so need to get a taxi. Grab taxi dues not working this city so you need to rely on staff to arrange a taxi. They will only call their “friend” do it takes ages as he needs to come from the other side of the city. Just seemed a bit suss as far as taking advantage of foreigners. Iwe left after 1 night and went 4km down the road and it Ed much better location and had a room with an incredible view of the lake for half the cost. It just don’t feel right at this hotel.

Accomodating staff and great place

Great experience, fairly new hotel. But the buffet is average. Though staff is friendly. Only downside is the hallway has no aircondition and the Purrifier in the room is fixed in the settings.

The view from our balcony was not that breathtaking but there was a glimpse of nature and the city bound by one look. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The staff at Hotel Casiana deserves special mention. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, offering a range of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of options to suit different palates. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meals. While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few areas where Hotel Casiana could potentially improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak, which could be frustrating for guests who need a stable internet connection. The cable channels mostly have no-signal as well. Additionally, some areas of the hotel seemed to require a little more sound proofing to lessen the sounds of the highway of cars and motorcycles zooming along as we slept. In conclusion, our one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Ta***tay was a memorable experience. The combination of the breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made it a worthwhile getaway. With a few updates to the sound proofing and signal interruptions, the hotel could easily reach five-star status. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the tranquil escape this establishment provided. We would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future.
