The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said "read it out to me". The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, "you which room? you sit here". One morning she came to me "how many people in your room? not 2 person?", I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Best hotel in our Taiwan trip so far, a gem hotel in a superb location. The free bike renting is definitely an added point to the stay! Room cozy & staff are wonderful.

Overall well located hotel, rooms were large, we had a triple room. Breakfast is basic and limited, but that was within expectations given the size of this hotel. Afterall there are plenty of food options around tainan. Only issue with our room 307 was that the noise was really loud when next door room 306 turned on the faucet at midnight. Maybe soundproofing is not so good given these are old buildings. Thankfully my child wasn't disturbed by the sound.

Hotel room size is not very big but decent enough. Simple breakfast set but staff are marvellous, friendly and helpful

Super nice stay in this hotel! The breakfast is so delicious with different variety. The staff are also very helpful in answering questions! The room was clean and equipped with reasonable amenities. There were also welcoming snacks for the stay. One of the staff is from Hong Kong, so Hongkongers should pick this for sure !

文青風格的飯店 房間裝飾及擺飾很有風格 有復古小點心 小孩很開心～ 位置很好 附近很多景點及小吃 只是停車較不方便 附近西門圓環停車塲較經濟實惠

高鐵台南駅からの無料シャトルバスにて向かったので、あまり近くにバス停がなくてバス停から20分程歩いて向かいました。大通り沿いにあって馬車はわかりやすかったです。おしゃれな内装や、アメニティーのハンドソープやシャンプーなどが台湾の有名ブランド？のもので香りも良く気に入りました☺️現地のお菓子やジュースも買わずして味見できたので良かったです。シャワールームの扉が一度、開かなくなってしまい焦りましたがなんとか解決(扉上部の部品？ストッパー？が下がってロックされてしまった、自分がシャワールームの外にいる時だったのでまだ良かったけど中に閉じ込められている時だったらパニックだったかも😂)自転車のレンタルが便利でした！今回は1泊しかしませんでしたが、連泊したい宿でした。

極佳的位置，离国华夜市很近，美食应有尽有。还可租借自行车🚲方便悠遊古城 房间供本土“阿原”的沐浴用品，天然的产品使用后的感觉很清爽 早上餐雖选择不多但美味，以后到台南就认定暖時嚼旅了

有早餐附送，超貼心 可以吃飽再去玩 （有咸有麵包種類可以） 位置靠在中間 去哪邊都方便 （各個夜市位置都滿方便） 還可以借自行車🚲 代步輕鬆又方便 員工很有禮貌又熱心，很樂意幫助我 一些夜市開的時間，去景點的提議 整體都很讚🤓👍🏼

入住兩個晚上, 但我在訂房時出現混淆情況，引致多訂了房間而不自知，幸好工作人員幫忙，使能順利及適當的作出了安排及跟進。而不致要多付金錢。感謝

住宿附近也蠻多餐廳，而且鄰近赤崁樓、房間的衛生程度很滿意和舒適👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻四人房附有陽台，還送了一些零食和飲料🥰下次來也會選擇這間民宿🙌🏻

飯店的位子非常好 在台南正中心去哪裡都方便。 房間也很乾淨，床跟被單枕頭都很好睡。 就是晚上會變成無人旅館 要記得帶房卡。 整體體驗推薦！

交通方便，房間整潔乾淨，入住手續快速，職員親切友善，很幫忙顧客解答問題，遊覽附近十分方便，附近有衆多餐廳選擇，很美味

1.櫃檯接待人員都很客氣，態度佳，是有禮貌又可愛的年輕人。 2.飯店地點很好，離赤崁樓國華街都是步行可到的。 3.房間很新也很乾淨，還有附上小點心，感覺得到經營者的用心，CP 值高。
