It was first time in Taiwan and the hotel is near by MRT and bus stop. Feasible for public transport and staff are friendly.

Good stay and a pleasant environment

Great location for tour and business. Close to metro and shopping malls in nearby area in 7 min walking distance. Not too many choice of breakfast but nice treat tea and drinks everyday. I enjoyed the tea treat on last Saturday , started at 3 pm, when just arrived. Very clean and cozy to stay!

Very standard hotel without many facilities. Front office staff are nice and polite. I wish they can change their garbage bin, the existing ones are made of wood with a wooden closed lid, so you have to use hand to open the lid for you to dispose your garbage. That’s not very clean.

Hotel is nice and cozy, in a calm area of Taipei. Breakfast is modest but food really delicious. Stuff are friendly and helpful.

Solid choice, handy location for Neihu and close to metro and bus links for wider Taipei. Great size rooms and bathrooms. Very clean.

We booked three rooms, and all of them were clean and spacious, including the bathrooms. What stands out about this hotel is its staff, everyone is incredibly nice and helpful.

This hotel is located is located within near distance of popular traditional beancurd stall, convenient stall, Carrefour, shopping mall and metro. Getting around is a breeze. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only issue faced is the television is the bad television which switch on in the middle of the night, probably due to faulty switches. Otherwise, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay with S-Aura and it left a positive impact on us.

The hotel room is quite age even with mold and water stain on the bathroom ceiling and the breakfast is pathetic with very limited choice. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location wise is OK, walking distance to the metro station. If you are here for business, then it is ok.

very nice front desk and restaurant staff, very supportive, good stay overall

We are a married couple from Manila and S-aura is definitely the perfect place to stay for a vacay in Taiwan. The room's quite cozy, spacious, clean, and comes with everything we needed. The window view gives an extra tranquil vibe. The staff is very polite, responsive, and helpful to our special requests. The breakfast buffet is something we looked forward to every morning. We hope the hotel will serve the braised pork and unagi not only on weekends but also on weekdays. Location is not so busy and close to bus and metro stops, a mall, convenience stores, and go-to restaurants and shops for the locals. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Taipei.

First time staying at the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. It’s about a five minute walk from Jiantan MRT station.
