Taitung Feng lin Smart Stay

Very very helpful staff, really clean room. The hotel was quiet, its location makes it easy to go to places you want to visit in Taitung. Building B is right in the corner of the street where is building A, not a problem at all because the staff will accompany you there when you arrive. I do recommend and hope to come back!

Note that there’s NO LIFT in this inn so if you have heavy luggages or bags, do consider again. Booked room with 3 Futon beds for family of 5 but no space to open up luggages to pack actually. With 1 luggage open, not much space to walk anymore. The kids did enjoy the futon bed concept and aircon was working well. Clean beds, clean sheets nonetheless. There’s a small kitchen with microwave that is common space for all rooms, and some space to eat if you need to eat in. Some parking space along the roadside, or garden area nearby. 24hr laundromat is 5 mins walk to the main road. It’s an inn so have to manage expectations of space.

Good place to stay, thank you. However, the check in process can be greatly improved. It entailed exchanging well over 1000 words across 3 different platforms. The complexity makes it prone to human errors from both ends, which materialized multiple times in my case, making the experience annoying and frustrating.

I don’t often leave reviews but this hotel ******. Can’t check in until 4PM even though the hotel was basically empty. Front desk staff were almost never there but were extremely unhelpful. Have to take off your shoes outside. Location sucks. 0 amenities in the room. Once again the service was terrible. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful homestay nestled in the serene landscapes of Taitung. The contactless check-in process was incredibly smooth and convenient, allowing us to settle in with ease. Our accommodation was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings offered a wonderful escape, and we felt completely at home throughout our visit. We highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone seeking a tranquil and hassle-free getaway.

The place simple but clean and had all the necessary equipment like a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo, a tv and more. A water boiler and coffee/tea could be taken from the common area, and there was also a water dispenser. The location is okay. The communication with the staff was easy via Line. One thing that could be improved though is an automatic cleaning service.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful details that showed great hospitality. If you’re looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in nature, this is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Taitung.
