Century Hotel

Very disappointing stay. Century Hotel feels extremely outdated. The building and facilities are old, and the room had a noticeable musty, moldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was very average, with limited options and nothing memorable. The worst part was the laundry facilities on the roof floor. They are by far the worst hotel laundry machines I have ever used. The washing machine was faulty and did not spin properly, leaving clothes soaking wet. The dryer was even worse — even on high heat, I had to run it four times just to get my clothes fully dry. The machines look like they are from the last century. I honestly cannot understand how a hotel can allow its facilities to deteriorate to this level. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not worth the stay.

The experience here is very nice and they have a really good breakfast menu

Very spacious room good for family. Have to try the restaurant up the hill with the grill fish and bbq. Hoyle breakfast was very good too

The hotel is too old and the food is not really good. Onsen is too old.

No shuttle bus service btwhotel and train stations make customers inconvenient

Exceeded expectations!

來台東的第二晚選擇入住金聯世紀酒店，服務人員很棒，而且酒店有許多手作活動及娛樂設施。基本上帶小朋友在酒店內不無聊。這次入住的是日式榻榻米房型，房間粉塵比較多，所以地板不是那麼乾淨。需要自己動手清潔一下。酒店的醫藥箱建議裡面的物品要定期維護更新。不然還蠻恐怖的。
