Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum, net hotel, en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het ontbijt buffet is zeer uitgebreid en je englisch breakfast, wordt vers voor je klaar gemaakt.

A pretty little independent hotel, set in an historic building in the centre of the old town. It has a delightfully relaxed feel, staff were informal but always polite, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Lovely shower gel, shampoo etc in the bathroom and good water pressure for the shower even though our room was on the top floor! The hotel might not suit someone with mobility problems as it doesn’t have a lift.

This centrally located hotel was quite quirky with a lot of character. Staff were friendly and keen to help but occasionally had to be prompted. Breakfast was served in a basement area and there was a good choice of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend.

A good location in the old town. However ... The hotel's website states: 'A more frequent cleaning and sanitizing regime for high touch surfaces in guest rooms' and Staff Training on Hygienic and Cleaning Processes' but our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days! We mentioned it to reception, but all they told us was that Housekeeping had gone home. Take note that some rooms supposedly have air-conditioning. Ours had an air-con unit, but it didn't work. We mentioned it to reception, and they said that it wasn’t guaranteed. So if any listing mentions that a room has air-con, beware! Especially in the summer months when the city can get hot. Our double room was very basic, and nothing like the pictures of a double room on the hotel's website. The website states that 'All of the guest rooms and suites are newly renovated' - this is clearly not the case. Again, beware. There was no bottled water in the rooms; water was available from reception at €5/litre - that is more than what airports charge! We had to wait ages to check in as there was only one receptionist; although she was helpful, she was clearly overworked. In general, though, other than when we checked in, the reception staff were not helpful or very interested. We didn't have breakfast as we were put off by the lack of friendliness of the staff. There are plenty of places close by for breakfast, and with a friendly welcome.

First time visiting the Baltic states. Great host and staff. Fabulous bohemian feel to the room with the most comfortable bed I have slept in (except my own) for ages. Choices at breakfast were superb too. Thank you so much to everyone there.

If you are looking for a great location, friendly staff, a comfortable room, and an affordable price, look no further. This place has it all! We were literally steps from the main square in the old city. The recommendations of the staff for restaurants and activities were all delicious or delightful and they allowed us to store our luggage the day we left. Can't say enough good about it.

Amazing small, historical hotel right in the heart of Tallin. The host and his team were brilliant, so attentive and helpful with suggested things to do. Our room was large and lovely and warm considering it was -18 outside. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the daily private use of the sauna was a welcome addition after a day out in the cold. The sauna was included in the price and definitely worth using.

We visited Tallinn for the Christmas market. The market was a 60 second walk from the hotel. The best part of the hotel was the bed. So, so comfortable. Would stay permanently for the bed alone. Staff very helpful, food and ambience just great. A good find in a lovely city. Would love to see Tallinn in summer next time...

Booked for 3 nights 3-6 November , only wanted a bed as when we are on our many trips around the globe we don’t spend any longer than necessary in our room( which was difficult as the bed was sooooo comfy )went for the budget room and it had just what we required. Great shower, did wet the floor as only a flimsy curtain, Nespresso coffee machine ,extra heater ( not needed as mild ) slippers and robes provided Did not book breakfast as we always stay out late and are late risers , did on one night leave out key in the door( goes with the late nights I guess ) went to reception in the morning and they had taken it out of our door for security concerns as there was a large group of lads from Helsinki in and were only preventing any issues, so great service, If you are after a hotel bang in the center this is the one for you , they do have a lot of superior rooms if that’s what you need , highly recommend All three staff members we encountered
