Check-in and check-out were super easy. The space itself is beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed. However, the kitchen items weren’t very clean when we arrived, so we ended up washing everything before using it. It would also be nice if an ice tray were available for drinks. Also, lots of tiny ants and even some in the sugar! The waterfall feature by the pool wasn’t working initially, but communication was great. The host were quick to respond when we messaged them. The upstairs area, especially near the stairs and bathroom, got quite warm and took some time to cool down. One of the king bedrooms had a bit of a sewage smell, so we left the door open to air it out, though the second bedroom with two beds didn’t have this issue. The shared amenities were excellent: ping pong, cornhole, a sauna/ice bath setup, and plenty of lounging space made it easy to relax. The property’s location is also a big plus, just a short walk to everything we needed.

Seven, our concierge was awesome! She recommended not renting a car, had a golf Cart waiting for us and saved us $! Beach club was great. House was spotless and luxurious! Just far enough to walk to the busiest downtown by beach. Thursday nite market was right down the street! Beware when renting cabanas at beach club. Even though they tell you it has to be reserved only 24 hrs before and to WhatsApp them to reserve. I texted them to reserve, they asked times and i confirmed they never sent reserved confirmation so that afternoon when i checked they gave it away…. They kinda made it right with a different cabana but on beach side not pool. Food is great but be prepared island time takes well over an hour after ordering. But still one of the best vacations we had as a family. Lots of beach down time, atv rides to different beaches, La Leona waterfall tours, catamaran sunset tours with snorkeling and beach horse rides. Should have stayed a few more days to explore the town and maybe get a fishing trip in.

Nice, spacious two bedroom, as advertised. Good location. Property manager was super responsive and helpful if we needed help with anything. The beach club access that is included was a great place to hang. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Condo!! Loved our stay... We had a wonderful stay. The Condo is perfectly appointed and close to town. The beach club was fantastic! We had breakfast here every day and enjoyed drinks at the pool. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing stay!! I was so impressed when we arrived. Everything was so clean and simplistic, great shower after a long day with very hot water! Highly recommend!!

This property is nice and spacious to be fair. The little “pool” is nice to have but if you have little kids, make sure you watch them at all times, it is pretty deep.(over 5ft)) The area is quiet and safe to walk around a grocery store is near by. Having a washer and drier is a big plus. Although the drier ripped the strings of anything that had stings on like shorts, pants or sweatpants. They would get stuck in something and would end up pulled off. I tried different things but it just didn’t work. Big issues with AC in the kitchen area and in the master bedroom. It would go off every 10-15 minutes. We slept in 76 degrees the first night. And we’re not happy at all. The worked on it the second day and it seemed fine but the fact that the control the temperature remotely was a pain. Everyone we came back from somewhere it was off and it was warm and we had to start over and wait for home to cool off. That part really ******. They would do house keeping every other day. That was nice People that worked there were very nice to. Very hard to get a hold of owner/management though, only through emails or WhatsApp and the responses were not prompt most of the time. I had to get with ******* and they couldn’t even get a hold of owners at one time. Overall I have it a 3 starts because I did not hate the place. It was a nice place but just too many small issues to deal with. I can’t really recommend it to others.

The villa was wonderful!! It was quite modern with many amenities, including everything needed to cook in the kitchen, plenty of towels for the private pool & bathing, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, washer/dryer, and more. It was close to town & the beach but still felt like you were surrounded by nature. We walked to the beach, restaurants & shopping almost everyday. The owners were very nice and quick to help with anything we needed or wanted. Loved having bracelets as our “key” to get in, they were much easier to keep track of then cards. I would absolutely stay again if I go back to the area :)
