The room was dirty and the pool was nasty and closed which was not advertised or we would of booked a different room it was loud and full of ***** and ******* def not how I wanted to spend my anniversary def will not use them again

Muy mal estados la habitation que me dieron , el agua cae todo el dia de la bañera, algunos lozas sueltas, mal olor a orines, el toilet suelto, el cubrecamas con huecos , nunca vinieron a limpiar las 3 noches que me quede , no tiene wi fi ,el lavamanos atorado el agua no pasaba por largo rato , lamentablemente tenia que quedarme porque no habia reembolso si me iba de ese lugar

Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, toallas manchadas asi como las sábanas,así como un ambiente inseguro

I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel for my recent work trip, because they only touch on how awful this hotel is. DO NOT spend your money to stay here. This hotel should be SHUT DOWN and demolished. The pictures online must be from 20+ years ago when this place was brand new. Not it is completely dilapidated and un-maintained. Rooms are disgusting and have NEVER been cleaned or maintained. Bloody used band aids on the floor, peoples garbage in both rooms I saw, ac/heat units INOPERABLE, mini fridge inoperable and literally falling apart with a sickening odor, fixtures and handles falling off, dirty beds (in both the first and second room I got after refusing the first) both beds concaved in like an elephant slept on it for years, overall conditions showing that they do NOT clean any rooms or do ANY maintenance. I was working at the fairgrounds for a few days and booked this out of convenience & location. Will never return here this is by far the worst hotel I've EVER spent money on and regretted every second of my stay.

Absolutely horrible experience. This room was disgustingly dirty. I triple checked for bed bugs, or was so dirty, they didn't even want to stay. Area was sketchy as heck. Pay extra to get yourself a nice room. You deserve it! The sheets had stains all over, pillows were flat as can be.

My God.This place is a disgrace to the Choice Brand.Checked in for 2 nights. To tired to argue with front desk through a port hole.Ill be going back to Comfort and Quality Inns.Might end up sleeping in Service truck.Door had been jimmed multiple time.Wall has marker draw.n on it.Both sides of bathroom door is disgusting.Bath tub drain not cleaned.Old soap in corner.Sink cabinet is broken.Dont stay here.Should of paid extra 51.00 at Comfort.Wondet if the CEO of Choice knows about Roadways condition.Room stinks.AC is nasty.Needs to be cleaned.Exhaust fan needs cleaning.Floor hasnt been cleaned at all.

It looked ghetto and scary from the outside. I should’ve trusted my instincts the moment I felt unsafe. The elevators looked like I was going to die before I got to my floor. It was disgusting, broken things on the inside, some wire was hanging from the left side by the door. My room door lock was broken and the screw was coming off the safety lock didn’t even work, the toilet had blood and poop stains on it with black residue. Also black residue is floating in the toilet. There were stains on the walls and furniture. There was dents and dirt all over the door. The sheets were disgusting and the room had a weird smell. And there were sketchy people hanging around the elevator doors & parking lot making me feel extremely unsafe. Definitely wouldn’t stay and I didn’t. I checked out in less than five minutes and got a full refund. For $57 more then that dump I got a beautiful safe hotel 12 minutes from this dump.

I love busch gardens but I would never stay here again they know they are so bad but with in 15 to 20 minutes your room is non refundable after you check in so ya I would never stay here again so ya but that I it just don’t try it.

First off if I could write this -infinity I would..First off I’ve never had to deal with something like this repugnant excuse for a receptionist in my existence. And I’ve been to the DMV. Walked into this ratchet dungeon, and let me tell you, I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never experienced this and was not prepared for The Third World quality, decrepit, and straight up dumpster fire, that is the Rodeway Inn…at this location. I couldn’t decide what was more unsettling between the century old comes stained sheets, or the dried up Tweaker vomit on the side of the fridge and microwave. Asked for new sheets and the snatch lady at the desk hucked them at me through the tiny slot in the wall because I disturbed her from her drunken slumber. The doors and windows look like people have been trying to scratch their way out, And honestly I’m curious about the abundance of possible murders, I’m sure have transpired there. Because the shower was the cleanest thing in the building don’t worry though no room is complete without sh*t smear on top of next to and around the toilet.. We left and drove all the way home. I urge everyone to know that I would have rather slept on a park bench in silent hill, then here for $90… heed my warning. Wish I could post the video I have.
