Отель был неплохой, хотя у них и странная политика. Мы приехали поздно ночью, в 3 часа ночи, и хотели поспать подольше. Они предложили приготовить завтрак в номер, если хотите. Мы спросили об этом, но нам отказали. Нам лишь сказали, что нужно сделать запрос за 2 ночи, что не подошло нам, путешествующим в последнюю минуту. Номер хороший и чистый, расположение хорошее, и предоставляется бесплатный трансфер до станции высокоскоростной железной дороги — это плюс.

Отель очень чистый, и лично я считаю, что недостатком является то, что кондиционер нельзя отрегулировать, поэтому немного жарко. Кроме того, очиститель воздуха в номере — большой бонус для меня.

Отель выглядит как бизнес-отель. Настоятельно рекомендуется.

Located in a new development area with lack of restaurant around, but convenient store just 100 meters away. Clean and spacious room.

It is a business hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 20 mins walk to the outlet malls so I would suggest arranging for the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. They can pick u up at designated timing as well. Food choices outside the hotel is limited with a steakhouse next door, 2 hotpot options farther down, a burger shop and 1 local breakfast stall right opp the hotel if u didn’t include breakfast. Family mart is also round the corner.

Sumptuous breakfast. Very helpful staff. Perfect location since it is close to Taoyuan HSR. They clean the room everyday. Will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Very comfortable hotel with free DIY laundry (wash and dry) service at level 2. Feels at home after a long day of travel.

The hotel focus on customer service is the best I have had during my trip to Taiwan. The shuttle bus service to and fro from Taoyuan HSR station really made up for the inconvenient location. The buffet breakfast offers variety and quality. Rooms were clean and amenities were all thought off for customer experience. This would be the hotel I would stayed for staying if I ever need to get an early flight out off Taoyuan international airport.

May be a little bit over doing with regards to government requirement of no disposable utensils. No non disposable spoon was provided. Had to use a tooth brush to stir a mix in a cup. 

Soundproofing in rooms are decent and the doors are soft closing. Location wise it's a 10-min walk to nearest rail station and 30-40 mins car ride from many main attractions. Breakfast spread is decent and mostly comprise Chinese dishes.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The location is good, as it is near to the outlet parks and the shopping area. The room is very clean and has a lot of space for me to place my stuff. As for the bathroom, the water heater might be a bit difficult to control the temperature, but the ventilation is good, and the toilet has an automatic flush as well. The hotel also provides all the necessary amenities and also some snacks. As for the hotel services, their breakfast is great, I have a lot of options, and I don't feel bored even though I stayed there for 10 nights. Lastly, they also provide self-service laundry with the dryer, which is very good for people like me who have stayed there for more than a week. Overall, I enjoy my stay at this hotel, and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future if I had a chance.

Room is big and clean. Environment is quiet and convenient. Breakfast is good.
