Close to the Taoyuan airport with free shuttle bus service which requires reservation. The restaurants are very good with food quality.

An excellent hotel with great services. The hotel is very near to Taoyuan airport. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good and there are lots of varieties. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Taoyuan HSR which is jus in front of the Gloria outlet and Xpark. The shuttle bus also drops/pick up at the airport which is excellent.

Super clean and big hotel. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with a wide selection. Pool area was a HUGE plus. Will stay here again when flying in/out of TPE.

The staff is so nice and even though I have an early flight, they had prepared the breakfast for us. Would definitely come back here compare to Novotel even though there is nearer to airport.

Like several guests have expressed, the gentleman (around 4:45pm, March 20) at Reception Desk looked very businesslike and unemotional.  There wasn’t the atmosphere of warmth and being welcome.  We stayed at hotels in Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung.  All of them are impressive.  In comparison, this hotel’s Reception Desk is the least helpful and accommodating.   Aside from this, the room condition and breakfast of this hotel are excellent. The room is very clean and breakfast is wonderful.

Conveniently located near the airport. Puncture shutter bus service. The buffet dinner is good value for money.

Service staff was emotionlesss... Check in staff was cold and without smile. I would say that is bad, for a counter staff. Not helpful too, when asked for hotel facilities.

The location was close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choices. My concern was amenities were just toothbrush and toothpaste. Would have loved to have a bathrobe already in the room and body lotion. Overall, I would stay here again just make sure to bring a bag of toiletries. 😊

Hallway and room, quite humid. The air doesn’t feel fresh.

The staff of Daisy Lux Hotel was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Nice breakfast! Sheraton brand. Nice pool & spa area. Some place needs maintain.

Decent size room and very close to the airport. 7-11 / family close to the hotel with a few dining options in the hotel.

As usual, it depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for a hotel which is close to TPE Airport and very easy for transportation (＜15 min / ＜300 TWD for Taxi OR they offer complimentary Shuttle Service to the airport in the morning), then this is a good & solid choice.
