ACE Adventure Resort

This place was a 10/10 ! We camped for 5 days over the 4th of July weekend and honestly it exceeded our expectations. First off the staff was incredible! Brooklyn in the office took care of us all week and couldn't have been a nicer person. All of the bar and restaurant staff were equally as nice and welcoming shout out to Morgan, Sarah, Ella and Lisa you all were fantastic! While we were there a baby eagle fell out of its nest or hit something while flying. It was stunned on the side of the path so we called the front desk and Brooklyn called Cody in Security to help and man was Cody awesome! He got right into the pickers looking for the bird to help it out. It really let us know how much ACE and it's employees care about the environment and wildlife. The Waterpark is a blast but the whitewater rafting is why we came and it did not disappoint! Alex was our guide on our half day trip on the Lower New River and we couldn't have had a better time! I have been rafting before in Wyoming but this was my Wife's first time and Alex made sure she felt safe and comfortable, by the end of the trip she was in love with rafting and were are planning on returning before Guly season kicks off. Thank you ACE for creating such an amazing atmosphere we can't wait to be back!

We went on the upper river raft ride, it was my first time, our guide was John Cornwall, he was awesome, the whole crew was!

Called the number on the website with a quick question before my boyfriend and I arrived at the park. The woman who answered the phone, Mary, was incredibly rude and condescending, and she gave us little to no information that contradicted with the website’s information. We immediately changed our minds and decided to not go to this park. Perhaps a better practice of business would be to hire a phone employee with a better attitude, or at least better knowledge of their own website.
