The room itself was nice it was big enough to fit a family, it was clean. The service is good as the owner emailed us and giving us the instruction on where to park the car, how to enter the room ( as we arrived at 4am ).

Aaron Court Motel - Timaru is a disgusting facility. Never go there!!!!! Fake advertising!! It is a disgrace and an insult to all other Accommodation Motels in Timaru. I booked a unit 2 weeks in advance with views. On arrival 21/10/25 were given this ground unit with no views. The unit itself was dark & filthy. It smelled as if it had been recently fumigated for pest control. Within 10min of sitting inside my wife started getting headaches. If u opened the window or front door to try and air out the place dust & leaves would blow inside. The kitchenette & cupboards were outdated old & dirty. The stove was filthy & probably 50 years old. The top stove looked unhygienic, the elements were missing its flashing. I didn't bother looking inside the oven itself coz it looked grotty. I would never try cooking in it. The microwave looked 20 yrs old and unsanitised The bathroom was no better. Old shower unit & toilet. Looked dark grubby & filthy. Given the above we dare not sleep in the beds as it did not feel cleansed. I complained to the onsite Manager whose own personel presentation and hygiene himself lacked attention. His excuse was the new owners purchased the establishment 3 weeks earlier and the unit was cleaned and sanitised by their cleaners. All the units had the exact same appliances and furniture. They could not offer an upgrade as they were fully booked. I would have never accepted the upgrade anyway given the disgusting state of the whole facility. Said he could not offer a direct refund and I had to refer back to *********** for a refund if unhappy. I did mention by inconveniencing me once again to chase a refund I would placing an unfavourable review on their site. Well he couldn't of cared less speaks highly of the managements attitude. We reloaded our bags back into our car, handed back they keys told him his established ****** and booked another Accomodation an hour away in Ashburton. It was worth the drive. *********** I want a refund & discontinue your services from this crappy motel. Very unhappy Kiwi & Russian customers. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The front desk was very welcoming, energetic and polite. Big room with all facilities. My partner and I had a lovely evening.
