Prestige Hotel Tirana

I'm in the hotel right now, it's about 10 PM. Unfortunately I have to say that the receptionist is unbelievably rude and impolite. An attitude I never ever seen in a hotel. She doesn't speak any language, only albanian which is something unbelievable just for the nature of her job. If you ask for something she would fake to not understand and mistreat you in a way so rude that I'm totally speechless. Of course she refused to tell her name and when I mentioned the possibility to have a bad reviews the answer was: "I can't care less" Wow! IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND ABUSED THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE

My third visit to Albania and stay at the Prestige Hotel. Friendly staff certainly makes you feel very welcome and the rooms are a good size and comfortable. Good location good facilities and good menu selection. Love some of the Albanian soups I tried - Very tasty. Breakfast a veritable Feast with Great coffee Selection No hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Prestige.

Not a hotel it is like motel Gym is very poor and old machines Room is good Very low level of facilities Low speed internet Low level of breakfast Over all the hotel is not a four or three stars it is like residential building the only good thing that the staff is friendly

You know, one of the things that makes a pleasant stay in an hotel is the staff and service: I had terrible service. The hotel itself is good, they provide free interior parking, the room was great, the bed was confortable, the a/c worked great… Nothing to say about that. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I rang and nothing. I had to ask two person to finally get staff to come at the desk. When I left, there was 10 min left for breakfast and they made it a big deal. When I got to the restaurant the staff complained and gave bad service because it was almost finished, never in my life such thing happened to me. The food was cold and les then ordinary. The staff were rude. They almost kicked me out of the restaurant, they did made sure I knew I was not welcomed there at the time I arrived. When I left, no one said a thing. I would never go to that hotel again just because of the staff.

Camere belle e pulite, colazione scarsissima con buffet di soli cornetti vuoti , yogurt e bibite calde. La struttura oggi è in completa ristrutturazione . Posizione comoda al centro. Neo veramente negativo le receptionist.. immagine negativissima per l hotel. Sedute a terra esternamente alla struttura con cellulare e Bibita buona parte della giornata , per niente socievoli e poco disponibili. Le chiavi della stanza devono essere lasciate sul bancone alla portata di tutti obbligatoriamente .. peccato per l immagine dell hotel che complessivamente una volta ristrutturato meriterebbe .

Sono stata in questo Hotel per lavoro ma lo sconsiglio vivamente. Camere sporche, vermi nel letto, asciugamani logori, luce del corridoio fuori uso, per non parlare della colazione che dire scarsa è dire poco. Solo succo ace, cornetti vuoti e yogurt, nessun accenno a quella salata. Direttrice sgorbutica e poco disponibile a venire incontro alle innumerevoli mancanze del suo hotel. L'unica nota positiva tutte le ragazze della reception che hanno certato in tutti i modi di venirci incontro ma senza successo. Andate altrove se potete

Ci siamo recati in hotel tramite una prenotazione di Booking . Dopo qualche minuto ci e’ stato detto che l’hotel aveva dei problemi con le camere e che ci avrebbero spostati in un altro hotel . Dopo esserci rimessi in macchina e aver fatto altri 20-30 minuti nel traffico di Tirana siamo arrivati nel nuovo hotel con il ragazzo della reception del prestige. Li ci comunicavano che la differenza di prezzo era di 10 euro più 10 euro per il parcheggio ,che nel vecchio hotel era gratuito. Dopo aver fatto notare al ragazzo del prestige che dovevano essere loro a pagare la differenza c’è stato il rifiuto totale ,anche in maniera scortese . Fatto sta che per sfinimento abbiamo pagato 20 euro in più e non ci siamo mossi . Indecenti ,poco professionali e scortesi .

En vacances et en famille, nous avions opté initialement pour cet hôtel dont les photos nous rassuraient Il se trouve que le service est minable et pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous n’avions pas d’eau froide dans la douche, pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait 37 degrés, pas d’eau d’accueil, des rideaux détachés et un carrelage qui se décolle. Aucune solution n’était proposée. Le personnel peu professionnel et pas à l’écoute. Très déçus
