Hotel Kalyan Residency

Needed renovation. Dirty towels & floor. Bedsheets cover & blanket a lot stains & dirty. Toilet dirty & definitely need to be renovated.

The front office staff is behaving rudely. Mr. ***oj speaks to us angrily about the difference between the hotel's selling rate and the online rate. The hotel has poor service. We were looking for decent hotel arrangements for our 32 Pax ( 11 Jun 23) group stay. while searching on a confused note, I clicked on the Kalyan Residency Hotels Contact number with the requirements of my group in mind. Till Then I did not know our struggle for a professional and economically priced hotel in Tirupathi is going to end. With the Immediate and Inviting response from the hotel's GM Mr. Sriniwasa, we sensed that we are landing safely on a perfect planet. The Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner buffet offered by the hotel restaurant was tasty and economically priced, Our booked 12 Rooms had descent amenities like 24 Hr Hot water, Perfectly working AC-coping with 42 deg outside heat in Tirupati, enough parking place for the coach, and hospitable staff around, Mr. Prakash -Hotel MD's Personal inquiry about our group well being at the hotel showed the top ***agement's courteous approach. Perfect location for tourist stay .near bus stand and railway station, just a 2 mins walk from either busstant or railway station . Good food . The staff of cortious . The rooms are good and spacious .There are movie theaters nearby , if your bored . Over all good experience

we are from Bangalore stayed at Kalyan residency Trupati. hotel is located in heart of the city and rooms are very neat and cleanly maintained. food is authentic, nice service, well trained staff. stay was awesome good welcoming by Mr,Srinivas General ***ager of the Property. he is very courteous and good gesture over all we enjoyed our stay. ***agement is very Supportive to get darshan tickets.

I have stayed in kalyan residency in Jan 23 and had excellent experience. Rooms are perfectly done and amenities are fantastic. I had a problem with my darshan as I have not pre booked. Mr Prakash the owner advised me how to get the free darshan tickets. I had excellent darshan early in the morning within 5 hours. Food is authentic specially South Indian thali is original andhra taste. North Indian has the best dishes and room service is fast. Mr Dhananjay and GM srinivas very courteous and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

An incredible ambiance with pleasant Pool view Room.😇!!!!.....Service was excellent and staff were very friendly and with an awesome gesture towards the guests.🙂🙂 We loved every bit of our stay.. Thanks to Mohamed in the front desk. Food was excellent in the Lotus restaurant. Will definitely be visiting back again.....🙂🙂 In tirupati....
