10/10 experience This was my 2nd time in the hotel and both times I have zero remarks. For sure one of the best hotel experiences in Monte*****. The hotel staff is beyond nice and the rooms are stunning. Breakfast incredible, the beach perfect. We had a really good time and will visit again this summer !

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. Our every need anticipated. The staff on reception are very warm and helpful. Ivan (Taci) took great care of us. Very kindly assigned us rooms near to each other, both with balconies and over looking the amphitheatre and harbour. This is a beautiful hotel, kept spotless by the domestic staff that seem to work 24/7. The grounds, too, are immaculately maintained. The whole hotel had a lovely, relaxing aroma and air about it. The temperatures within the hotel are kept at a comfortable even level. Our rooms on the 3rd floor were delightful and spacious. The beds are huge and so very comfortable, the sheets, crisp and welcoming. I loved the whole space, but the bathroom was spectacular with its Jack and Jill sinks and huge walk-in shower. Every moment spent there felt like luxury. The night-time turn down service was an event to look forward to as each evening we were left a thoughtful gift. If you are looking for an in resort vacation, I can highly recommend the Chedi. It is truly deserving of its 5 star rating. All the staff, whether on reception, in the lounges, on domestic duty or in the spa, take great pride in what they do and offer the very best of service. We very much look forward to visiting again soon

The Chedi is beautifully appointed and even the fragrance as you enter the lobby is beautiful. From the time we checked in, I cannot remember the names of the reception staff, to when we departed, we had nothing but exceptional service. All the staff are always pleasant, smiling and so professional. As this was a birthday celebration, we had a lovely suite and the hotel went out of their way to recognise this special occasion. From the cake in the bedroom to the handwritten cards, this was truly a memorable stay. We spent most part of the afternoon at the Spa and again we received such special attention from all the Spa staff. The hotel decor is fresh and every corner holds something special. Our suite was beautiful, lovely comfortable bed, crisp linen, all sorts of bathroom amenities and all eco friendly. We ate lunch and dinner at The Spot and again, the food was delicious and the service and attention from the waiters was impeccable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety to choose from.

The hotel is gorgeous, the service is impeccable, all the staff are very attentive, professional and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The food at the Chedi is delicious, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, the quality is exceptional. The rooms are modern and stylish, big fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided as well as lots of toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and shaving cream. The pool area is lovely and always had spare sunbeds, one small complaint is that the outdoor pool is very cold! But would be refreshing in the height of summer! The Rok beach bar is very nice and food really good. The beach is very rocky and you need sliders on to get to the sea. Lustica bay is a small gated holiday village and is very quiet at this time of year. We took taxis to Kotor and Tivat both were 25 euros each way. I would definitely return to the Chedi it deserves its 5 stars!

Came for a week as a last minute break. Beautifully appointed and staff were excellent and very attentive. Great food and reasonable prices. Very early in the season so can’t comment on what it’s like when really busy but would certainly recommend an early/late season break!!

Amazing hotel and service! Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

We have just returned from a month long stay at The Chedi. The Chedi hotel and the country of Monte***** exceeded our expectations . The comfort of the hotel and the charming and helpful staff made our stay memorable. The staff were ever available to give us very good advice in order to explore their beautiful country.

My experience at the Lobby Bar was beyond amazing, I have a gym membership at the Hotel and I stop by the Lobby after every workout eagerly awaiting to try Mr Stefan's new new Juice made fresh to order, he goes through the ingredients and keeps me the best company while I enjoy the refreshing drink, special thanks to the whole team for always accommodating and maintaining the standard. All my experiences with the Lobby Bar thus far have been Exceptional!

We stayed here for 5 days in October and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, and lots of lovely restaurants and shops around the Marina (we were worried there wouldn’t be much as not a lot comes up on Trip Advisor or Google maps, certainly not the case). Breakfast was fab, piano player on some mornings, champagne, good a La carte menu and buffet. We had dinner in The Spot twice and each time both food and service was excellent. Made use of the gym, spa, games room on a rainy day which were great additions. Overall great hotel, room, food and staff, would definitely recommend!

An extraordinary complex with all facilities! Hotel Chedy with extremely friendly staff and comfortable accommodation completes the comfort and quality of the complex. Our business visit was spent enjoying the hotel facilities. A real place with a great location with a private beach and marina. Great bars and restaurants with great food and service! All recommendations!

This is the best experience so far in Monte*****. If you are looking for a place to rest and just enjoy the moment, then Chedi is the best place for you. What I really like is the quality, leanness and esthetics, even the smell is great. They have very personable and kind staff, they make you feel that you are special. I was so lucky, even I visited Chedi in February I still be able to feel the warm sun and beautiful weather

Very nice, cozy, fresh, spaces, clean, positive vibrating hotel. Family and pet friendly, professional service and staff, luxurious. Amazing food! Several options for making your kids loving this place. The Chedi Hotel has the access to phenomenal beach facilities, Luštica Bay Marina promenade full of difference additional offers.

The best hotel in the whole of Monta*****, with the best restaurants too. If the entire country could come up to this level, Monta***** would be European leaders. The staff are absolutely amazing, the place is immaculate, the facilities are great, and the location is to for.
