Pierre & Vacances Villa Romana

Apartamento muy comodo con vistas al mar o montaña. Con lavaplatos, tv, cafetera, tostadora.

Basic accommodation, nothing fancy but OK. Get a room overlooking the pool the town and the sea if you can. Owner/manager was very friendly. Be aware that though the town center and beach are not far away, the Villa Romana is on a hill with a steep climb up; keep that in mind if you're mobility challenged. We had a leased car and took advantage, exploring the area around Tossa. The drive along the cliffs to Sant Feliu is worth the time and there are plenty of interesting things to stop and see. We parked our car in Blanes and took the train into Barcelona a few times. It was one of my most memorable train journeys, travelling along the sea and stopping in the little towns along the way. Just beautiful. The train is the best way to go there, it doesn't take long and the train station in Barcelona is underground directly beneath the the city center. Climb up the stairs and you're in the Plaça de Catalunya. There are hop on - hop off tourist buses and they are a good way to see the sights. Don't miss the Sagrada Familia - book an admission ticket online to avoid the frequent line ups to get in. We also visited Montserrat, it's a bit of a drive and takes a full day to go there, have a good look around and drive back to Tossa - but well worth it. Overall we had a great time in this beautiful beach town and would travel there again.

Posizione buona. Struttura completamente da rivedere. Non c'era possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente, la struttura è decadente (piastrelle rotte, nell'area piscina le assi saltavano). Appartamento passabile ma non vale per niente la cifra spesa. L'aria condizionata passava attraverso un sistema di grate, (chissà ogni quanto vengono pulite) la vasca del bagno era rovinata, la lavastoviglie arrugginita, i pensili della cucina puzzavano di muffa. Letti non comodi. E la sera del nostro arrivo si è presentato un topo. Abbiamo passato il resto della vacanza con una trappola per topi in casa e con il conseguente disagio che il topo comparisse ancora. La proprietà non ci è venuta incontro per niente. Visto che non è stato possibile spostarci di appartamento, abbiamo richiesto un rimborso parziale. Nonostante l'apertura iniziale da parte della reception, la struttura ha negato il rimborso perché per loro non sussisteva. Al contrario il servizio assistenza di Booking è stato molto comprensivo sulla situazione. Se potete, scegliete altro. Da vecchie recensioni, ho letto che la struttura necessita da anni di manutenzione.. Spoiler: è ancora così

Petit séjour de 2 nuitées dans cette résidence Pierre et Vacances de Tossa de mar. Résidence qui se compose de 3 bâtiments. Nous étions à l'appartement 108, à l'angle de la piscine. Proximité top pour les enfants et la piscine. Les réparations et rafistolages de fortune sont quand même bien visibles à la piscine (lattes en bois non fixées, poignées différentes sur le frigo...) Attention prévoir un petit budget pour le parking non loin dans le village. Très bon séjour pour nous dans cette résidence

Le seul point + l'emplacement de la villa Points - rapport qualité prix très mauvais très loin du standing pierre et vacances appartement très petit pour 4, frigo minuscule, salle de bain vétuste, ménage pas fait piscine pas entretenues et vétuste, très compliqué voir impossible de se garer à proximité de la résidence, ou alors il faut payer le prix fort

Il serait temps de refaire un relooking. Salle de bain minuscule avec des robinets d’un autre temps. La literie est très vieille et hors d’usage à changer le plus rapidement possible. Les couloirs sont hors d’usage. Le prix est vraiment pas adéquat à la qualité de l’hôtel. Vraiment déçu de notre séjour. Pas à refaire.
