******** Description of the Solognot gîte *********
In a typical Solognote house, our gîte will seduce you with its exposed beams and old floor tiles. It is ideally situated for visiting the castles of the Loire (we are 10 minutes from the Château de Chambord, 10 minutes from the Château de Cheverny, 35 minutes from that of Amboise, 45 minutes from that of Chenonceau, 20 minutes from Blois, etc!) and the Beauval zoo park (35 minutes).
It is independent, fully fenced and located on a quiet street, not very busy and far from the main axis very rolling. The back of the cottage is planted, tranquility assured!
It has been completely restored and will offer you all the necessary comfort. It is made up of a living room / stay, a kitchen, a room of water, two rooms and independent TOILETS.
Its capacity is 4 people maximum.
It has an internet connection and a landline phone: you can thus have free Wi-Fi as well as unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles in mainland France.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
However, end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. You can opt for the end of stay cleaning option for 70 euros.
We accept tenants coming with their 4-legged friend, provided that their dog is calm, clean and used to living indoors.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining amount is due upon your arrival at the premises.
The rental of the cottage is subject to the establishment of a rental contract of which you will find the model in this ad. Following your reservation, we will send you your contract: a copy will be returned to us signed.

Gite idéal pour se ressourcer !
Ce gîte est à retenir.
Hôte à l'écoute. Parfait emplacement. Tout le confort s'y trouve avec tous les accessoires pour y passer un bon séjour.

Tout était parfait !
Petite maison très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Un point très positif : l'intérieur reste frais malgré des températures élevées à l'extérieur. La cour devant la maison est complètement close. Ce qui est un avantage non négligeable si on vient en vacances avec des chiens (ce qui était notre cas) ou avec des petits enfants.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.
