Wonderful clean cabin. Very pet friendly. Beautiful view of mountains and so close to everything without being hustle bustle of congested area. Will stay there again!!

We loved our room! This is a nice little motel. The town is really nice and peaceful and it's easy to get around.

We received a phone call to confirm our reservation. When we arrived we were handed a bag of goodies. The lights and TV were turned on when we walked in our room. The room was clean and welcoming.

This is a motel like we stayed in during the 1950's and 1960's. It has been maintained and updated. Super clean, comfortable beds, easy access to room from parking. Would definitely stay again if traveling in that area.

far enough away from the congestion of pigeon forge and gatlinburg but close enough to get everywhere easily! cades cove right down the road. only downfall is lack of restaurants in the area. they were packed!! so we roasted weinies at the motel firepit!! great staff and cozy room.

Nice, clean room, friendly staff. Only hiccup was parking. Spots felt narrow and few (but it was a busy weekend) overall 8/10 would stay there again

We booked our room knowing we would be in it very little, so luxurious wasn't a factor. Super clean, lovely smelling toiletries, stocked coffee area, legit linens and did I mention clean? The only thing I can say is I prefer a soft mattress. Were our beds soft? No. We're we uncomfortable? Yes! We loved our stay here and will be back again and again. Book your next stay in Townsend here, you won't be disappointed.

An that treats you like a valued customer - not just another name on the registrar. Rooms with a double coffee maker in the room with true mugs - not paper cups. Chairs in front to sit and enjoy the Smokies. Great getaway.
