There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, the Master has a King Bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The master has an in-suite full bath and there is a full bath available for the second bedroom. The main level also has a large, open great room with living room, dining room and kitchen. The laundry room is also on this main level. Downstairs, you will find an open family room with access to the lower deck and the lake. There are two bedrooms on this level; Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom, twin on the top. There are several twin rollout beds and a sofa sleeper on this level, for extra sleeping space. Please note: No Dock Usage. Pet Fee is $45.00 per stay, for one dog maximum. The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed. The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay. Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
